REVIEW
This is the perfect read for Father's Day. This collection truly had something for everyone! This book is heartwarming, funny, and there was some pain and sorrow sprinkled in here and there. Some tropes you can expect to see are royal romance, best friend's sibling, sports romance, one night stand, instalove/love-at-first-sight, age gap, virgins, friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, mafia, military, virgin, teacher/student, doctor, and M/M. Although the stories included are short, they're definitely not lacking. I'd rate the majority of the books between 3.5-4 stars, but a few definitely stood out for me personally.
And One by Rebecca Jenshak featuring Rylee and John is the first 5 star for me. This was actually my first Rebecca Jenshak book and I can't wait to read more. John won my heart so fast. He's this tough, baller with a heart of gold. Swoon. I loved watching Rylee and John's relationship blossom after he found out about their baby.
I'm a HUGE fan of Misty Walker and K Webster's jointly created Brigs Ferry Bay series. I have to say Doctor Daddy rated a solid 5 stars. I've seen glimpses of both Lance and Boaz throughout the other BFB books so I was BEYOND thrilled to read this story. It did not disappoint! Full of emotion, humor, and tons of HEAT. YUM!
Then we have K Webster's Miss B for a teacher/student (slightly taboo) older woman/younger man romance featuring Kerry and Zane. Miss B is a crossover between her Taboo Treat and BRB series. These two were HOT! I really enjoyed how unexpected this storyline was. Completely unpredictable!
Overall, you can't go wrong picking up a copy of this secret baby collection. Fatherhood is sexy. It was so much fun seeing how each author approached their story. How did the baby become a secret? How was the secret revealed? How did the dad react and adapt to being an insta-dad? So good!
