BOOK BLURB

A new angsty stand alone romance from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde that will keep you guessing which man is her groom and which one objects...

I'm in love with two men.
But I can only marry one.
And today is my wedding day.

The bridesmaids button my wedding dress. They titter excitedly as the music begins. My groom is waiting for me. I walk down the aisle prepared to say I do. All according to plan.

Except for the shout from the back of the room, "I object!"

I should have known it couldn't be that easy. After more than a decade of push and pull, neither of them is going to let me go. We're a trio that should have never been. Me and Cole and Ash. One that I'm to marry and one that I'm to leave behind.

Now, once and for all, I have to choose: my groom or the man objecting?

But until then...hold the forevers.

REVIEW

I loved how Hold the Forevers began. With Lila’s wedding and her mystery groom. The wedding is interrupted, and then strap in, because K.A. Linde takes you on such a journey. This book follows Lila's life and relationships individually with Ash and Cole. I'm not sure why, but for some reason I didn’t expect to love both male characters as much as I did. Ash is her high school sweetheart and first love. Cole is her college love. Both of these boys were so special in their own unique ways. I totally get why Lila was so torn.

Lila loves Ash and Cole through the years. During different phases and stages of her life she ends up in relationships with each of them. She keeps trying to make things work with each of them, but life keeps getting in the way. As a reverse harem lover I kept hoping for a #whychoose ending, but I also understand that’s not always a feasible option.

The push and pull between Ash and Lila and Cole and Lila was tangible. Their attraction and love was this living breathing presence throughout the book. I kept thinking I had figured out who Lila would pick. Then something else would happen and surprise the heck out of me and make me think she’d pick the other man. Eventually, I have to confess I did finally guess right. I was very satisfied with the happily ever after at the end.

Although this book had steam the relationships Lila had with each man were the central focus. If you read this book make sure to download the bonus epilogue offered at the end! The glimpse into their future was so satisfying. I won’t spoil anything by saying too much, but it definitely opens your eyes more to the fact Lila made the right choice.

Hold the Forevers was full of believable characters, dialogue and scenes. K.A. Linde is amazing at world building. I truly enjoyed the jumps back and forth from present to the past. The jumps made sense for the story even though they did throw me off a little at first. The dates at the beginning of the chapters were immensely helpful. The time jumps truly enhanced the story. I feel like it made me appreciate, and love her men as much as she did.
