Review
I’m a huge fan of dark and twisty books and Here Loves a Sociopath is the perfect fit. When I got the ARC, I dove right into it (after a quick reread of books 1 & 2 to make sure I didn’t miss anything). It has tons of damaged characters, loads of steam, MM action and a plot that gets thicker with each book that comes out. As this is part of a series, you must read the books in series order to understand what’s going on. But let’s be honest, there’s a whole lot that doesn’t make sense right now, which is to be expected in a series like this!
Colton is going through a lot. The death of her brother Cassidy, the death of her best friend and betrayals left and right by the men she cares about. I love the multiple POVs these book are told in, but if you think that means you get all the information, you’ll be sorely mistaken. The Here Lies world is even bigger than I had imagined.
This book kept me on the edge of my seat. Be prepared for some serious plot twists. I do have to toot my own horn here and say that 3 of my theories have been proven right so far, and I must say I’m so happy that I was right! I’m so excited for the next to books and cannot wait to see what’s coming next for Colton and her men. Oh, and yes, this book does end in a cliffhanger, but I did not feel the need to throw my iPad at the wall so I’m thankful for that.
