Review
Holy. Hotness. Batman. I thought I was prepared for the steam of this book, but I just plain wasn’t. I’m honestly surprised I didn’t spontaneously combust. Although there was tons of steam, there was also a heart-wrenching storyline that brought me to tears a few times and then had me laughing a few minutes later thanks to Ashton’s sense of humor and constant ability to say the unexpected and make everyone laugh.
Bound Together was the perfect conclusion to the Torn and Bound Duet and was everything I hoped it would be. This duet is in my top reads of the year, no question about it.
Book 2 begins immediately where Torn Apart ended, as the delicate relationships that were being developed get torn apart. Will they forgive each other for their betrayals? How will they find their way back to each other? How will they react when the reason Drew left the NHL comes out? There’s a lot of angst in this book, not just between Mia, Ashton, Brayden & Drew, but from external sources. How they manage to deal with everything determines how they’re bound together.
I could not put this book down. I was in the middle of reading another book and had to stop immediately as soon as I saw the ARC hit my Kindle. The only appropriate course of action, amirite? I devoured this book.
